Pseudopomite is a new mineral, approved in 2021 and to date (June 2023) reported only from the type locality.

Localities

At the type locality, the Blue Streak mine, Bull Canyon Mining District, Montrose county, Colorado, USA, pseudopomite occurs as striated prisms and blades up to ~1 mm long (AM 107.11.2143-2149).
