Shijiangshanite is a new mineral, approved in 2022 and to date (April 2025) reported only from the type locality.

Localities

At the type locality, the Shijiangshan mine, Hexigten Banner, Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia, China, shijiangshanite has been found as pink stacked tabular crystals on white calcite in the skarn-type mineralisation (Mindat photo).
